The technician was skilled and efficient, completing the service without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the space; everything felt sanitized and organized. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps adding more seating in the waiting area, as it did get a bit crowded at one point. I didn't mind the wait too much, but a little extra room would enhance the experience even further. Overall, I left with beautiful nails and a renewed sense of relaxation.
